My One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer Experience.

~My One Direction/5Seconds of Summer Experience~

On the 8th of October 2013, I drove 5 hours up the country to a city called Christchurch, New Zealand. Two days later I went to into the city where 5SOS were staying to see if I could meet them or anything, but I was 5 minutes late ..5 minutes before I got there, Ashton, Michael, Luke and Calum went out of the hotel. After finding out that, I went to the mall too meet my friend to travel to CBS Arena where the Take Me Home Tour was taking place.

 We were one of the first couple of people there sitting in line hours past and more girls arrived. About 20 girls including me and my friend ran around the back of the arena and saw all 9 boys drive through.

My friend and I ran right back round to the front to get our place back in the line but as soon as we got there my Dad whispered to me "Liam and Louis are playing football around the back" so my friend and ran around the back but the secerity guard told us to walk so we walked about 5 metres and got to the front so we could see them properly.

I was about 1 metre away from Louis and I could've practically touched him but the guards were getting annoyed, so I didn't. Then I across the field a bit and Liam was about to score a goal and everyone was screaming, then when he got it in, I screamed "HI LIAM!!" and he turned around and pulled a face at me(it was so adorable) and also waved to me.

During the concert, it was amazing honestly. The atmostphere was crazy and the boys definitely knew how to pull a crowd(;

After the concert ended (about 11:30pm) I couldn't hear anything, my ears were ringing and blocked, we got to the car and it took us 20 minutes to leave our car park spot and then when we got to the exit (a 10 metre drive from our spot) it was like 12:10. It took us 40minutes just to get back to our accomidation.

I hope you enjoyed reading my experience(:

The Truth on Society.

-The Truth on Society-

I HATE SOCIETY SO MUCH!!

Girls are taught from such a young age that “beautiful” is in the shape of a plastic barbie doll, when in reality it’s not possible to have that figure. Once they hit teenage years that’s when it goes downhill with media opinions and everyone around them on diets and talking about how skinny this person and that person is. Society puts such a pressure on girls that they feel in order to fit in, they need to be a size 0. No. In order to fit in, they should be as healthy as possible! I’ve fallen under that pressure so many times, I want to be someone who can just walk down the street, not being judged of the size I am or the clothes I wear but am I ever going to think that? Probably not and I’m ok with that. I have a few best friends in my life that’s always going to be there when I need and that’s what matters. It breaks my heart to see people falling under the pressure of society because it’s not fair. “Heavy” girls feel the need to wear baggy clothing because they’re paranoid and they get judged if they wear tight clothing. Who the hell thinks it’s acceptable to judge someone because of what they look like?! People should start minding their own business.
School. School is a very messed up place. Teenagers try to avoid it so much because if they do go, they feel like they’re being judged all day. Teachers put pressure on students to stand up in class and speak in front of everyone! No person should be forced to do something they don’t want to do. Teachers and parents need to wake up and start realising that there are valuable reasons that teenagers don’t want to be in school and not because they “can’t be bothered”.
Why should someone feel bad for the way they dress, they way they look, the colour of their skin, the way they feel etc. bottom line is, they shouldn’t. Everyone is absolutely perfect in their own unique way.
I know people say “we hate society, yet we are society” but NEVER will I associate myself with this sick society. I would never judge anyone for any reason.

A Little Bit About Me.

~A Little Bit About Me~

My name is Madison Robertson-Wood, I am 14 years old born 11 September 1999 and currently live in New Zealand. I am still going through my teenage years but I have been on such a rollercoaster over the past couple of years, that I thought it would be a good idea to help teens with life or even just kids coming into the teenage years also just sharing a little bit of my life and how I am getting through problems with you. I want to also help teens going through depression and i thought this blog is my way of doing that, by sharing my thoughts on life and also taking you on my journey...wherever that maybe.
I am your typical teenager, who obsesses over Youtubers and boybands, eats food and is on Tumblr and other social media websites until early hours of the morning.
